The legal basis for the publication of photos on our website is the legitimate interest of our association described below in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR:
• Photos based on our legitimate interest in providing information about club activities,
• Photos related to what happened at the event due to our legitimate interest in reporting on what happened,
• Photos of the audience that attended the event or photos where the individuals only appear as ancillary due to our legitimate interest in reporting on the event and its success.
You have the option of objecting to the use of such a photo in which you can be seen in accordance with Article 21 Paragraph 1 GDPR. We will check whether there are compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms. If not, the corresponding photo will be deleted.

In detail this means: If the organising committee need member data in order to carry out their tasks, they may access all member data required for this. This includes in particular registration data for events such as ERC and IWT.
The purpose of processing member data is to pursue the association’s purpose and administration. Legal basis is the association membership (Article 6 Paragraph 1 b) GDPR).
